Inauguration of MPs and President in the Iraqi Region Kurdistan

The Presidency of the European Union represented by the Swedish Embassy participated in Inauguration of Kurdistan Region President and First Session of 3rd Kurdistan Parliament.

The Presidency of the European Union represented by the Swedish Embassy was present last Thursday when the MPs and the Kurdistan Region’s President Masoud Barzani took the legal oath. The European Union welcomes that the electoral law increased the representation of women and minorities in the newly Elected Parliament.
