Leif Palmquist "Without Gravity"

The Embassy of Sweden has the pleasure of presenting a solo exhibition of one of Sweden’s most interesting contemporary artists, Leif Palmquist, with a new series of work.

The exhibition features abstract paintings and drawings by Palmquist done in watercolor, oil and pencil. The motifs have an element of repetition, sometimes portraying a sound.

Exhibition period: November 13 – December 3, 2009
Opening hours: 9.30 – 17.00,
closed on weekends, lunch hours (12.30-13.30) and national holidays.

The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) forms the basis for international climate cooperation. Decisions are to be taken on a new global climate agreement to take effect after 2012 at the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen from 7-18 December 2009.
