  • +/-Nov 3 2011The Embassy of Sweden and the Swedish Trade Council will organize the Sweden Days in Donetsk on 10 – 11 November.By:
    The main purpose of the Sweden Days in Donetsk is to provide new investment opportunities for Ukrainian and Swedish businesses and promote Swedish culture and society in the region. About 20 leading Swedish companies will take part in the Forum and present their products and technologies. An important part of the programme are the tailor made business to business meetings with potential local partners.

    In cooperation with the Swedish Embassy, Anna Christoffersson och Pablo Donaldo again visited Ukraine during 14 - 18 September. This time it was a performance at the Koktebel’s Jazz Festival in the Crimea and a charity concert at Art club ‘44’ for children with heart diseases.

    To improve the service for persons who wish to apply for visas to Sweden, the Embassy has entered into an agreement with VFS Global to facilitate the reception of Schengen visa applications for stays in Sweden shorter than three months. This will start on 1st of August 2011.

    The Embassy of Sweden in Kiev will from the 17 of February provide the service to apply online for an entry visa to Sweden as well for residence permits for visiting students. (This service is currently only available for those applicants which has to pay an application fee.)
