Launching the International Foundation for Science (IFS) focal node for East and Central Africa

On 28 September the Swedish Ambassador Anders Johnson was invited to give a presentation at IFS launch and the regional workshop "Developing Africa through Sicence and Technology Innovations in Agriculture".
