Participants planning to attend the COP15 conference in Copenhagen are kindly advised to come to the Embassy without prior booking to hand in their visa-applications.
The Embassy visa-section will be open to tend to applicants attending the COP15 conference the last two Wednesdays of October (21,28) and every Wednesday during the month of November (4, 11, 18, 25). The opening hours will be between 9am and 3 pm.
Please make sure that you as an applicant have all the documentation necessary when handing in your application.

Apart from documentation needed for visa application (www.swedenvisa.org) the following additional documents MUST be submitted together with the visa application:
1. Parties delegations- Copy of the notification issued by the UNFCCC Executive Secretary- Cover letter from the respective government institution indicating the names of delegates.
2. Observers delegations, incl NGOs- Copy of the notification issued by the UNFCCC Executive Secretary- Copy of visa support letter issued by the UNFCCC Secretariat, indicating the name of institution/ organization and names of delegates.
3. Media representatives- Proof of accreditation for COP15
