I would like to express my deepest and sincere condolences on the tragic loss of lives caused by the accident at the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power plant in eastern Russia and the terrorist attack in Nazran, Ingushetia. I would also like to convey my heartfelt sympathy to the families of the victims.
