All guests were welcomed by a Swedish choir and the delicious food was cooked on site at the Hilton Hotel by two Swedish / Norwegian chefs. All invitees was treated Swedish delicacies such as salmon, herring, new potatoes, meatballs, homemade mashed potatoes, crisp bread with ‘Västerbotten-cheese’ and Princess cake.
