Swedish embassy attends memorial service for late president Mwanawasa

The Swedish embassy, represented by Chargé d'Affair Annette Rosenberg, attended the memorial service for the late president of Zambia Patrick Mwanawasa on 19 August.

The ceremony started with a church service attended by, amongst others, president Banda and children of the late president Mwanawasa. The church service was followed by a wreath laying service at Mwanawasas tomb.
