Swedish film wins several prizes in Montenegrin TV-festival

The film "Janna & Liv", directed by Therese Ahlbeck and produced by the University College of Film, Radio, Television and Theatre in Stockholm,

was awarded with "The Golden Olive" at the International TV festival in Bar, Montenegro.

The Award for the best actress was given to Sofia Ledarp from the same movie, and the Award for best screenplay to Olivia Demant and Thérese Ahlbeck.

The Awards were formally given to the Honorary Consul of Sweden in Montenegro, Mr Sasha Vujacic, for further delivery to the prize winners.

A number of 42 countries from five continents participated in this years festival. A total of 181 TV programs participated in the competition.

The international TV-festival in Bar is considered to be one of the biggest TV-manifestations in South East Europe. It started in 1995 with the goal to present and promote the creativeness in television, and do develop the cooperation between the TV-stations in the region and the world.
