Swedish sushi master competes for top award.
Michelin star chef Sayan Isaksson is competing in the Sushi Awards 2009 which brings together seven of the world´s leading sushi chefs at the BBC MasterChef live food show.
Sayan Isaksson´s 'Esperanto' in Stockholm was voted Sweden´s number one restaurant in 2008 and in 2009 he opened his new venture Råkultur (Raw Culture). His 'inclusive and innovative approach to cooking is one of the secrets of his succes that has seen him beat the rest of the world to gold twice in the Olympics of the culinary world.'
